Zenana Spa and Wellness was essential to my pregnancy and my natural labor and delivery of my son! I attended Camille's Wednesday and Saturday classes "religiously" and Shannon's Kundalini yoga class on Tuesdays (sadly no longer available). I attribute my yoga practice to a speedy and natural delivery!
The staff at Zenana are incredible as well--genuine, kind and sweet people. And their spa services are exceptional too. I have had many massages, pedicures, facials, etc. and all have been amazing.I would highly recommend the hot stone therapy massage from Lynn--or any therapist for that matter.
Zenana is a must for all women and mamas!

I didn't have any spa treatments here but it is where I took my birth classes last January. The receptionist was super nice and the place is very cozy. They offer childcare during your services and are very family-friendly. I absolutely loved the atmosphere! The classroom was also ver nice and clean and very accomodating.

I have had 2 prenatal massages here. They are expensive but made me feel wonderful.

I had a facial here when I was pregnant and was not impressed. It wasn't bad, just not memorable. The young woman who gave me my facial seemed inexperienced, timid and not knowledgeable. However, my husband and I took the ABC's of Natural Baby Care and had a wonderful experience. It's a welcoming facility with wonderful offerings. They have a great living area where you can nurse and the bathrooms are beautiful.

I haven't had any services at Zenana, but I stopped in to get a brochure and walked out with the cutest organic onsie! I live very close by and I am glad to know that they carry a variety of breast feeding supplies when they are needed.
