hands on place with a lot of learning exhibits for the kids.
The main exhibit in the back changes several times a year.
There is a play area for younger kids to hang out as well. That particular area though is a bit rundown and needs new toys.
It's best when no field trips are scheduled or else your kids get rundown by mobs of other kids. Call ahead to find out!

it is a hands on place and lots of fun for yound and older children.. dont go when school is out or other kids are everywhere and it is not soo much fun.. A membership is the way to go otherwise it is really expensive

This is a great museum with lots of hands on activities for young children. They also offer art classes for toddlers on various days of the week. For $75 fee you get a year membership and they change their main exhibits frequently!

This is the best place for a mom of twins to take the kids. It is clean and they have a gate that locks so no one can disappear :o) Well worth the $65

membership definately worth it if you go regularly, camps are there daily usually til about noon, so can get crazy, can call ahead to see how many camps will be there in morning so you are not bombarded by other kids.
