QuoteThese are the best classes to take! I waned to go natural and this class helped me focus and prepare for child birth. The instructor Lisa was wonderful and helpful with questions! I am now in Mommy and Baby Yoga and it is great. Give it a try! Best thing I did to get ready for an awesome delivery!

QuoteTook pre-natal yoga there, the instructor and people in the class were great. Wish it was in a better building, there are kids dance lessons upstairs and ventilation not that great, often very hot, which is not good for the pregnant ones.
