Mom and baby class is great in theory--pads for the babies to lie on, starts off with baby massage, then moves to yoga. But only go if your baby is mellow--mine just screamed for an hour and a half, I paid my money, and left totally stressed out.

Saraswathi is an excellent yoga teacher and overall reosurce for the natural pregnancy. The classes are focused on yoga with some talking and support. I have not a person who holds as much information regarding the pregnant body...

Saraswathi creates a wonderfully supportive community for moms-to-be to learn as well as practice yoga. She tailors every class to the needs to the students.

Saraswathi Devi is an institution on the East Bay teaching pre and postnatal yoga, infant and couples massage and preparation for children birth classes. Her love, support, advise and knowledge are invaluable and she cultivates a very strong community amongst pregnant women and recent parents.
