QuoteLevel 1 yoga is good for pregnancy (there's a specific prenatal class with more limited class hours, so I opted for the regular non-pregnancy class). Just let the instructor know you're pregnant and she/he will advise you on alternate postures. Trish's classes in Laguna Beach (and Costa Mesa) are excellent relaxing classes, great for the back. I took classes through my third trimester and felt great!
