QuoteI really enjoyed connecting with other moms in the prenatal yoga classes with Danielle Hougard. The yoga was not strenuous but it was relaxing and it was fun to see each other's bellies grow as we got closer to our due dates, and to connect with each other after our babies were born at Danielle's mom & baby yoga class until they started crawling away from our mats!

QuoteBeautiful studio with friendly staff. The prenatal classes provide not only good strengthening and stretching, but lots of support through the pregnancy from instructor and other participants. Parking can take a few minutes, so good to get there early.
