QuoteVery good instructors that explain what you should be feeling while in the poses so as to ensure you are getting the most out of every pose. The prenatal yoga no longer allows you to bring your baby though. Very friendly atmosphere.

QuoteThursday afternoon class & you can bring your infant. Teacher will soothe baby if needed while you work out. The babies enjoy watching as you exercise over them. Breast feeding friendly environment.
