Child Watch program is an excellent resource for parents. It's a comfort to know that if my baby cries for too long, they'll get me... Tiny Waves and the ball gym are super fun too.

The prenatal yoga classes not only provided a wonderful work out but also a community of expectant mothers to share the experience and questions of pregnancy with. The instructors are well qualified and tailor the classes to all stages of pregnancy. I used some of my yoga poses during the delivery of our son with the approval of our hospital nurse at CPMC.

It's been a few years since I've been to the YMCA, but the last time I was a member I thought it had excellent classes and programs and was very clean and well organized.

If you are going to take prenatal yoga, take it with Tatiana. Tatiana is a fantastic instructor that alawys asks about discomforts or minor pains. She also teaches at Kaiser Oakland and San Francisco.
