We experienced routine waits of an hour past our appointment time and no apologies ever from the doctor or staff--just cold looks like we should be pleased to wait 1-2 hours for their time. The office staff are cold and tend to be rough/rushed with the children. The physicians will judge your lifestyle and parenting decisions. When I requested my son's medical files I read many comments from his doctor criticizing my decision to breastfeed! I was told several times it was impossible to raise a healthy vegetarian child. I would give them zero stars if this system would let me.

QuoteI love this medical practice. everyone in it has been extraordinarily helpful and talented, and they always seem to have time for us and our concerns. they have great backup service too. we've frequently gotten callbacks at home to check in and find out how we're doing.
