"the word-of-mouth survival guide for DENVER parents"

OK this is a MUST!!!!! Only 2 hours of time to potentially save lives. Not only did we learn CPR but also the Heimlich Maneuver. I actually used the Heimlich for infants on my 1 year old who choked on yes, 6 pieces of cantaloupe. It worked and I didn't fumble through it. You think you won't remember the stuff they taught later on but it comes to you when you're desparate.

This was a very long class but well worth the 6 hours. I wouldn't have breastfed for 8 months without it. It gave pointers, problem solvers, taught how and how often, demonstrated pumps and which one is the best fit for each individual. A must for first time breastfeeders. Plus, they gave you a free book

DH and I only took the Fast Track Childbirth class but we really enjoyed. I really like the variety of classes WHT offers and they have free support groups too!

Got classes for free as Kelsy Seybold patient - can be good depending on the instructor.
