I have been going to West Cobb Peds for 7 years, I have 2 children that are not sick often and go for well check ups once a year. Although I believe the doctors are great and the nurse practioners good, the front desk and check out desk staff are exceptionally rude. I was there recently and not one girl from the one that checked us in, to the girl that took us back, to the girl that checked us out was nice to us. If it's because my daughters have peachcare for kids insurance than I think those people need to look for other jobs. I used to work for a pediatrician and we bent over backwards for our patients no matter what insurance they had. If it's not that reason and they are just plain rude than again, they should find other jobs. We were not made to feel welcome not one bit. I hope this review gets read from someone at that office so that they can make some changes in their staff.

We switched from another practice and have been really happy. All the doctors and NP are knowledgeable and I never feel rushed there. The wait times are really reasonable (under 15 minutes) and the nurse's line is always helpful.

I absolutely love West Cobb Pediatrics. The wait is short,and all the drs and PAs take the time to listen to your concerns. Their nurses line has been a life saver for me. They respond quickly and I never feel that my question may be too basic to warrant a call.

This review is for the Dallas Hwy, Powder Springs location. I'm completely satisfied with the practice. I have been able to schedule appointments with the same doctor each time without problem. I have never felt rushed and have been able to get same-day appointments when my son is ill.

This is the only pediatric office we have been to, but we like them. We see a group of Doctor's rather than the same one all the time. The staff is very friendly and very patient with us as we call all the time. One negative is that the Marietta location does not have a special waiting room for sick patients.
