QuoteEasy to get an appointment and short wait once you get there. Would recommend that they make a place to put strollers - I don't like to leave mine outside on the street.

QuoteMy 14 & 12 year old boys have been seen by Dr. Genie since one week old, and over the years, we've trusted her judgement. Dr. Zullo, Rosello and Genie are flexible, and sometimes grandmas and nannies have taken the boys for checks ups and you could always trust Genie to call you at the office to talk about anything, if need be. Their Nurse has always been available for questions, and even quick treatments when none of the doctors could see you quickly enough. Yes, everyone is overwhelemed nowadays, but they are experienced, knowledgeable, and thoroughougly professionals, so you can trust their judgement.

QuoteDr. Rosello has been a great doctor for my son. I'm an overly informed parent and when I voiced concerns about my son getting the MMR as one shot she listened and is willing to break it up into 3 shots without any pressure. She's also very warm and caring.

Quote This doctor's office works like an assembly line -- they cram them in and then cram them out... On top of that, the office is old and cramped; the toys they have for the kids to share and play with look like they haven't been cleaned in months. I had a horrible experience at West 11th... My son suffered constantly from ear infections and colds and sore throats and their response was always TYLENOL... After one unsatisfactory visit where we saw Dr. Zullo, I made an appt the next day with an ENT specialist, who diagnosed him with TONSILITIS (he even helped me see the infected pus on my son's tonsils by holding my son's head back and inserting the long mirror into his throat -- it was disgusting, and his tonsils were COVERED in the white pus).. I asked him how Dr. Zullo could have missed that, and he suggested I ask her -- which I did.. and her response was "specialists often over-react and are quick to prescribe antibiotics.." I asked her again, either he had tonsilitis the day before or he didn't.. how could she have let my son continue to be miserable, and she said that eventually he would have worked through it. That was enough for me.
