Price was not a consideration, the goal was to leave with a complete baby nursery that would be beautiful and fun for me as a new mom. Granted, I was exhausted and harried with a tiny baby in tow, and definitely not looking my best just 2 weeks post-partum – but the first sales woman we encountered was disdainful, looking us up and down and saying, "well you're probably looking for the sale area." seriously, she SAID that. When we said we wanted to look at one of the italian sets, she actually laughed. Thinking that she had just had a bad day, we searched for a new person to help us. It was a man this time, and he treated us as if he didn't have time to even show us a crib, much less the dresser, changing table and rocker that we were also planning to buy. I have thought about this a lot, wondering if we did anything wrong. But now that I have seen the other reviews and talked to a few other parents who have shopped there and left unhappy, I feel justified in saying that it is not worth supporting this store or its staff. Spend your money somewhere that people like customers, their customers' children, and appreciate business.

QuoteWe came here to look for a basic stroller. Although the sales associate was knowledgable, we got the "used car salesman" vibe. He kept trying to sell us the "cadillac" of umbrella strollers--a $500 Bugaboo. No thank you.

QuoteThe best selection of strollers and double strollers we could find in San Diego. When it came to this specific search, this was well worth our time and money to get to test drive a stroller. I also like that you can find specialty products not found at Babies R Us, too bad there's not more locations in San Diego.

QuoteGood selection of items, but the staff, with the exception of one older gentleman, is so rude, unfriendly, and unhelpful that generally I shop for a few minutes and walk out. When I've asked for help, the staff act like they're doing me a huge favor, and then it takes more than 1 person to answer the question. I've been there 4 times and had the same experience each time.
