Quote1st experience - Sales people are in it to make sales, yet aren't well informed at all. I asked about some strollers, and associates didn't know how to use them. Another visit -I went to one of their sales, and noticed that a chair that I had ordered from Daggermans was on sale, so I was looking for the chair's style number. The sales man accused me of spying, and kicked me out. Because of this, I left the store, to return 2 carseats that I had previously purchased because. The same sales guy wouldn't accept my return because I opened the box just to make sure the carseat was the right one (all packaging was intact, just an opened carton). He then told me to leave because I was a "spy," then accused me of trespassing and called the cops on me. Eventually, they did process my return. I've never been so mortified in my life! I wrote a letter to that store and their corporate store, with NO response. Do not give them your business.

QuoteThe store is beautifully set up. They have a wide variety of items, which made me walk around the entire store. They have very high quality items, some of which have a very high quality price tag. The customer service was great, and actually I think it was too good. It was a little overbearing at times, but at least they were attentive.
