QuoteI would not shop here.When I went to do my registry nobody was hardly around to help when I had questions about products and the manager or owner acted like he just didn't care about his customers at all.He was very rude and unhelpful.

After placing an order for more than $1800 worth of nursery furniture, they told me delivery would cost $130 when I placed my order.A month and a half later I returned to pay off the balance and schedule delivery but they now wanted to charge me $170 for delivery and assembly. If it wasn't that the store owner SAM had written the amount on my original receipt for delivery AND assembly it would not have been a big deal. But when I called later that day to let him know that the price he should have charged was $130, not $170 he told me that the price had gone up due to the increase in gas prices. This was the first time GAS prices were even brought up and mind you the price of gas was currently $0.15 LESS than it was a month and a half ago when I had placed the original order! The store owner is a liar and the store's selling practices are the worst I have ever experienced in my life!!! I would NEVER recommend USA Baby to anyone I know.

QuoteI was expecting alot more since they do sell some higher end items. This location is owned by a husband and wife team. The husband barely assisted me. I had to seek help from the wife to help me. Once she stopped to help me, she was very nice, however, was very self promoting certain items and bashing most products that were made in Asia. It was if she had an issue with people from that region. The location is horrible. Kinda creepy- the strip mall.
