This is a great yoga place. Wonderful and friendly staff, good pricing, and the instructors are great (especially Angie for the Baby & Me class. Both my son & I look forward to going to class each week. Highly Recommend!

The staff is so wonderful and it's really nice to have something fun to do with baby. It's a great bonding expirience with baby and my little one loves to be around all the other kids. Not to mention, it gets me out of the house and I've met some really cool moms.

I enjoyed their pricing policy for yoga. You paid for 9 classes but had 12 weeks to use them. Handy those weeks when, being pregnant, I was just too tired to go. All other local yogas were 6-9 weeks but if you missed a class you were out that money. Universal Spirit was competitively priced as well.
