We've attended numerous birthday parties here, and every time it is a little smelly. It is clean, but I imagine that the enclosed space and lots of sweaty little bodies creates an odor that is difficult to eliminate. The staff is rather young and can be less than completed focused on the job at hand. Otherwise, it's a great place for kids to run around and burn off steam! The party room is very large and the staff are more attentive here. Some games and music. Packages are available and seem to be reasonably priced. I would consider holding a party here this year. The location is a bit "out of the way" and good directions are needed to avoid losing your guests! They offer a small area for younger kids.

My son loved running around and playing with all of the toys! He didn't go in the bouncy-ball area, but I'm sure as he gets older he will. The play area was very... BUSY! There were definitely too many people/kids there the Wednesday morning that we went. A little chaotic!

My little one loves this place! Great place for moms of newborns and older children. They have nice open play times depending on age group. You can also hold private parties!
