No, i just had a great experience there, and i am sorry that u did not either. Gail worked with me i am not familiar with Michael. A lot of my friends love the store. They have been there for a while. I do not think their going to change their main manufacturers when their doing so well.. I still think the store is great I love their things. You just have to be patient and give it time. How do you know that they order your furniture in so late? Did you watch them?. I said from China and Indonesia because thats were my furniture and bedding came from. I said etc as in their are others as well. I also have never met Dennis. My second furniture came in a little late i still believe that it is the manufactures fault. A couple of weeks later once i got my furniture i tried to get in contact with my manufacture they said that treasure rooms does not work with us anymore. So I assumed if the manufacture sucks after having so much difficulty with Treasure Rooms then they get the boot. I read all the reviews and the only problem that comes to mind is just the furniture coming in late. I did not have much problem in that area so I gave a good review. I understand where you coming from if my furniture is really late I would be upset too. I did not have that problem happen to me, because i go their a 4 months ahead and i have no problem, and no i am sorry i do not work there.

I had a great experience for my second time at Treasure Rooms...Perhaps because it was my second time round i learned from my first time that it can take a couple months or so for high-quality furniture that looks great so if your crunched for time and have personal character issues when it comes to stress and patience then perhaps its not the store for you and you should go to Babies R Us. Ive read other reviews and people must know that its out of the stores control when these companies ship things and being a business owner myself i understand clearly how these things work.
All the girls at the store are very personable Angela our first time buying and Amy our sales girl the second time round were both highly knowledgable and a great help with trying different bedding on our crib we picked and had much patience with our less-then-great deciding ability. If you want a great baby room there is definitely no better place to look..it is a boutique that has ideas for every inch of your babys room, not only do I feel this way but also the many,many friends and family i have recommended have had great experiences also so its worth the time to at least stop in! I was helped by a very kind salesperson named Angela. We found a crib and dresser that was perfect for the theme we wanted in our baby's room. We were told that our furniture would arrive within 12 weeks, Contrary to the information I received from friends of mine, it arrived after just 8 weeks! We are very satisfied with our purchase and look forward to returning to Treasure Rooms for all future purchases.

This store has lots of selection and higher quality products than others. Also they have great sales on display items if you catch it at the right time.

This store has a great selection of nursery furniture. I love my furniture, but it is kind of pricey. My sales girl was very friendly, but I taked to some others that were not.
