QuoteWhy is this store always so dirty? Not to mention, the parking lot is creepy. I try to avoid going to this store and stick to Target, Wal-Mart or simply buy on-line.

Quotetoys r us is not as good as it used to be. some of the toys dont work when we tried using it in the store to try out and they didnt have some things i was looking for when they usually do. customer service is good though

QuoteMost of the toys my son has come from other people so I don't have much experience with toy stores, but we bought his first tricycle here and the experience was great. I love that he was able to ride them around so we really knew we were getting the best one for him. As far as mass merchandise toy stores go, Toys R Us is my favorite.
