We have used Town & Country for all of our Nannies - we are on our third - and a baby nurse for our second child. I have been VERY pleased with the agency. The staff is honest, thorough, professional and responsive. Their candidates are top-notch! We have also used their temporary services to cover our Nanny’s vacation and for an occasional date night. They have been a lifesaver for us. I have highly recommended them to all of my friends.

As a past nanny, teacher, and current parent I have to say town and country is a horribly rude agency to work with/for. They just aren't nice to the nannys and they take a large cut from parents.

I needed a babysitter for an important business dinner for my 2 children. I was told they were the best. I called 4 times and never heard back from the "consultant" in charge. Very poor response.
