Tiny Tots is just awesome. They are SO helpful whenever I call (and I've called a lot). They're dependable and their service is great. I didn't think I would like cloth diapering and now I wouldn't have it any other way.

We never had any problems with our orders. When we had questions (leaky diaper suggestions, etc.) we always got a great response from their customer service people/person. It's great that they have other items available & will include in the following week's delivery when you place an order. We were very happy with Tiny Tots & plan to use them again when #2 arrives.

We used Tiny Tots diaper service since my son was born and have never regretted it. I took their great Diapering 101 class before making the decision and it was a sneak peek into their fabulous service and shop.
Deliveries are always on time and only occasionally off, which can be remedied by writing the number of cleans left before leaving out the dirties for them to compare their numbers to. They'll always take your word. Can you imagine the task of the diaper sorter?! One time when I was short they actually drove some out to my house in San Jose that day!
Their customer service is always friendly and helpful. They have lots of covers and accessories in stock that you can have delivered for free with your service. Fabulous!
Tiny Tots is also really receptive to feedback and is very conscious of environmental issues.
