Returning to work after staying home for 3 years was a very difficult transition for me but Seattle Nanny Network made it easier. I interviewed strong candidates that were well matched to my family and we are very happy with our new nanny-she is part of the family!

We used SNN to find a fulltime nanny for my now 5 month old. Both my husband and I work fulltime and having reliable child care was an imperative. SNN sent several profiles to us, all seemed fine though three looked like they would mesh with us. We interviewed three, and with each of them I felt sure they would be safe and enriching child care for my son. We hired our first choice and have been so incredibly happy. SNN clearly vets their nannies, we did not spend an instant worrying about whether they nannys were safe. Additionally, SNN has been great about helping us find a temporary nanny when needed. The price seems steep at first, but when you realize what you are getting for it and that it's your child you're talking about, it seemed well worth it. I have recommended SNN to friends and family, and would use them again if we need a nanny in the future.

I can't say enough good things about Seattle Nanny Network. As a professional nanny, other agencies wanted to send me out to meet a ton of families. Seattle Nanny Network prescreened me and the families so that they could make the best match. I only met with the families that SNN thought I would match with. Also, they didn't hide a families challenges so they could get a placemement, so I didn't feel blindsided when I arrived to a messy house or five cats. I knew what I was getting in to before I made a committment, so I knew the commitment would last. I can't say enough about SNN. They really care about both the Nannies and the Families.

I connected with Susan at the Seattle Nanny Network and just after a few questions, she was able to connect me to the nanny that I ended up hiring. I work better over emails and Susan was quick and efficient. Emily from SNN ran through all the paperwork, references, payroll services etc. and helped me negotiate a packge that worked for both us and the nanny. The whole process was smooth and painless and I would recommend them to anyone.

Poor service.. I agree!! Alania was helpful however she has moved on like a lot of the nannies and moms who use to use this service.
