At first they lost our registry then when they added it back they had all items on it even the ones people have already ordered when that was fixed we found out from our guests that even though they see the registry they cannot actually order anything from it. So basically the registry was absolutely useless and our guests where not able to order anything from their registry. We made numerous calls and send numerous emails to customer service but they where of no help whatsoever since RightStart customer service does not have access to their own website developers. RightStart outsourced their website development to another company (wishpot.com) which totally messed up the upgrade and migration of data. RightStart customer service kept saying there is nothing we can do the developers are aware of the problem but they have a lot to fix and they get to it when they can. It has been two weeks since the baby shower and there are still problems with their site. Guests are not presented with an option to ship the gift to us (the registered parents). They either have to ship it themselves or know our address and enter it as their shipping address. The point is know matter when you read this review; even if it is after they fixed all these problems you will be taking a BIG chance ordering and using their online registry since they have no control and/or direct access to fixing any problems that occur on their own website. I highly recommend you use another online baby registry.

Same response when I asked about car seats. When I did buy something, they told me that I would have to wait 15 mins to get gift wrapped because their wrapping girl was still working on inventory. I am willing to pay a premium for items at boutiques where the sales staff actually know what they are talking about, but at the Right Start, they clearly do not.

QuoteI love shopping at the Right Start for gifts- they have a great selection of really nice items. There are educational toys and books, lots of new baby gear. They are on the expensive end, though, so I will sometimes go there for ideas and then head home to find the same stuff online for much less. I have found the people in the store to be a little stand-offish, but nice enough when I approach them.
