My daughter had a party scheduled. I contacted the Pink Door well in advance and paid my deposit to save the date. Invitations had gone out and all 10 girls RSVPd. The week of the party I wanted to finalize everything for the party. I called everyday for an entire week and also visited the Pink Door and no one was there. No one returned my calls or emails which was Mon-Fri and Saturday morning I had to call the parents and redirect the party to my house. This was poor customer service and I will never use this place. A simple phone call wouldn't have hurt. I wouldn't recommend this place.
