QuoteWe recently had photos taken for Valentine's Day. We had to wait 20 minutes past our appointment time. The session went ok. The photographer was friendly and did a nice job. Then we had to wait 45 minutes to order our photos. When I went to pick them up 2 weeks later, they had cropped the photos so they cut off the top of my baby's head. At that point it was too late to retake or reorder the photos that were meant to be gifts.
