The clinic itself is nice, inviting to kids, and easy to locate. (One in West Seattle) We only saw one doctor there and she was nice but always seemed too rushed. Plus only worked a couple of days so had to book appointments way in advance. The nurses are quick to return phone calls and good about scheduling quick appointments. Overall recommend if in West Seattle to avoid traveling into the city.

I really like the doctor, the only problem is getting in here. You have to book months in advance just to see your own doctor. I'm sure for emergancies it'd be different (thankfully we haven't had to test that).

I love these physicians! You hardly have to wait for your appointment and they have evening and weekend appointments. The nurses get back to your phoned in questions in a timely matter (the more urgent a question the quicker they get back to you). And they've squeezed me in when necessary.

Dr. Kumasaka is very good with babies and has been a very gentle and caring doctor. Sometimes the wait is long but early appointments seem to take care of that.
