Overall a much better shopping experience than other toy stores. Shopping at SW Randall feels the way toy shopping should. If you haven't been, you have to stop by. Their selection of puzzles on the second floor was impressive, I'm going to pick one up before my next vacation (I always do a puzzle or two on vacation). Tons of toys for the kids.

My husband bought a toy antique tractor that was missing parts and was broken. Their return policy is "no returns or credits after 7 days". We were leaving for Guatemala in several days to visit the little girl we are adopting so there was no way I could return it in that timeframe. I called, explained my situation, and the owner, Mr. C, assured me that I could return it when I returned for a full refund, not store credit. Two days ago, I was in Pittsburgh to visit my mother in the hospital, and I returned the tractor with the price sticker in the original Randall bag. They refused to give me a refund because I didn't have the receipt that said, "no returns or credits after 7 days". Jack was very nice and called the owner, but "Mr. C" refused to give me anything but a store credit, even though Jack reminded him that he agreed to a refund when I had called. Mr. C didn't remember and inferred that I was a liar. I left with a store credit. I found my receipt and am sending it to Mr. C so that he can fulfill his promise of a full refund. I hope he changes his position and honors his word.

This is an excellent store for all sorts of quality, unusual, nostalgic toys. I highly recommend it.

I love this store!! They have toys you don't see at other toy stores. Lots of baby & toddler toys and stuffed animals. They have all the Sesame Street hand puppets. And there's always a great seasonal display.
