Some of the stylists are not very caring in the way the treat scared children. It's great that they provide childcare, but it's questionable. My cousin's 1-year-old fell a couple feet (from the top of the play gym). The worker was reading to the only other child in the room and did not even notice until the girl cried!

Excellent place to take you little one for a haircut. The employees are knowledgeable and well-trained.

They have lots of things to distract the kids during the haircuts - each station has a TV and there is a playroom for while you wait. The playroom is a little dirty. My son has gotten good haircuts and bad but it is better than doing it myself!
