I just found this group a couple of weeks ago and I absolutely love it. I think it's awesome that I can work out with my son and the two of us can have a lot of fun with it. It's a great way to exercise and still be able to connect with him. I also like that I can socialize with other moms and my son can socialize with other kids. Prior to joining this group, I had been looking for any kind of mothers group so my son and I could get out of the house and socialize with other people aside from ourselves. I would recommend this to any mom I know.

I love that I can workout, have my daughter with me while meeting great moms, getting fit, toned and watching my daughter enjoy herself and make new friends.

Not only do I love Strollerfit, my 2 girls (ages 3 and 1 1/2) do as well! It's a great opportunity for me to get a workout in and to spend time with my kids. In addition to the incredible workout, both the kids and I have made some wonderful friends.

My son and I have been members of this group for over a year now and honestly feel that this group is the most caring, warm and real of all the local parents groups

Great work out for the parts that count. I've discovered stomach muscles for the first time ever!! Very friendly group. A wonderful way to start each Saturday.
