Stroller fit is a great program that allows you to exercise without putting your child in a nursery/day care facility. My children loved going as much as I loved getting a good work.

This really is the best work out program I've found that actually fits into my schedule AND my child's schedule, too! I love that I'm doing something worthwhile for myself, but my child loves the experience just as much as I do!
