I have been doing Stroller Strides with my daughter for 2 years and I love that you can both get a good workout and make great friendships. My daughter looks forward to seeing her friends during class and at after class playdates. We both enjoy learning from our friends that we have at Stroller Strides.

I love that I have found a exercise class that I can incorporate my two little boys with. Since joining I have made some great friends!

As a stay at home mom I find stroller strides such a wonderful experience! I love working out with my daughter there, and it's a great way to get out of the house and meet other moms. I'm a lot more fit since starting Stroller Strides and my daughter loves the social interaction with other children.
