I have been attending class for 3 months now and love it. The workouts vary every class so you never do the same workout in a row and the instructors keep you moving. They know how to target areas pregnancy altered. I would recommend stroller strides with MacKenzie and her crew to all moms.

I started taking my son at 7 weeks old to Stroller Strides and it has been the best thing for us both! Even on those really tired mornings the class gives me a boost for the rest of the day. For a new mom it is a great way to get back into shape and meet some new moms too. I would highly recommend this class!

Stroller Strides is awesome! I joined when my daughter was 5 months old. The structure of class has allowed me to exercise while still being able to meet my daughter's needs. I enjoy the physical aspect of Stroller Strides and being able to spend time with other mother's. My daughter enjoys watching everyone work out and the interactions she has with other children.

After having my baby in April of 2007, I joined Stroller Strides of SE Portland that July. I wanted to lose some baby weight and meet some new moms. I ended up losing 20 lbs. and gaining some excellent friendships. I start my day off on a positive note every morning and my son has enjoyed the added benefit of having a playgroup right after class. This is a warm, supportive group of moms that care about health, family and friendship. I am so glad I found Stoller Strides it provides routine, a heathly outlook, and fun each day.

I love the workout I get from Stroller Strides! And it's such a great bonus that I get to have my son with me and interact with other moms at the same time (that is, when I can catch my breath!)
