It's been fun working out with Ericka at Watters Creek, and it's no wimpy workout, either! I love that I can play with my boy while we are working out!

I love Ericka's stroller strides class! With my first pregnancy I gained 65 pounds and Ericka made working out again fun. She was so motivating and was wonderful with both the mothers and the babies. I lost all my baby weight and now still love to do her class, even though I am pregnant with my second. My daughter and I have also made great friends through the class. As a part-time working Mom, I don't have lots of time to work out or socialize with other Moms - this class allows me to do both and fits into my schedule. I highly recommend it to anyone!

This was a great class! It is great for moms who don't have time to go to the gym and love to get some fresh air. I got a great workout and met some new friends for myself and my daughter. Ericka did a great job motivating us, even in the heat! I highly recommend this class!

I have two young children, and make excuses not to work out. I tried Stroller Strides, and realize how easy it is to get motivated with people just like me. Thanks to Ericka for making my workout fun, and help me look forward to joining a group of new friends. It is a great way to meet people! Try it, you will not regret it. What do you have to loose, but unwanted pounds.

I loved this class! Ericka did a great job of giving the moms a good workout while also engaging the babies. It felt great to workout again AND talk to other moms!! I highly recommend this class WITH ERICKA!!!!!
