OK I am biased...I own Stroller Strides Memorial, but it was my love for the program that made me want to start my own! I am excited about the direction Stroller Strides Memorial is going! We are growing in members and soon in locations! I invite all moms who want to have fun AND workout!

I attended a Stroller Strides class for the first time this week and had a great cardio and strength training workout. It's such a wonderful time of year in Houston to get outside and enjoy the cooler weather and it is a great activity for me and my little one!

I love going to stroller strides, memorial. I get a great workout and get to go outdoors with my daughter. It also gives me a chance to get to know other mommys!
