Stroller Strides at Redwing is interesting. I love the wide open field and the paved paths. My kids think the trails through the woods to the "secret spot" is fun. Nothing is prettier than the gardens there too. Class here offers many options for all fitness levels.

Stroller Strides has been a wonderful experience for me because of the peaceful atmosphere (Redwing Park), fast-paced workout, caring and friendly moms, and outdoor fun for my son afterwards.

We moved to VA Beach without knowing anyone here, had no family closeby, and my husband works in NC. Stroller Strides was the best thing I could have joined. The other moms at this park were so welcoming and easygoing, it was easy to become good friends with them very quickly. The workouts are great and this park has the best playgrounds and open space for the kids to enjoy.

I can't say enough positive things about Stroller Strides. Not only do I get a great workout while meeting new friends for myself and children, I learn healthy eating and lifestyle habits, parenting tips, & new ways to challenge myself.

This is the best mom workout! There is always a great group of moms offering support and helping me challenge myself. My daughter loves it and knows that after class she'll get to run around with all her friends. They also offer terrific play groups and Moms Nights Out!
