I have been doing Stroller Strides for over a year and as a SAHM it is a great way that my daughter and I met new friends. It is also a great way to get a workout and socialize in one. Plus we have a playgroup and Mom's Night Out. which are great.

I have been doing Stroller Strides since it started up here in St. Louis. It is a great workout and a wonderful way for my daughter to interact with other kids. As a SAHM, I am always looking for fun activities to fill the day that benefit both me and my daughter, and Stroller Strides fits that perfectly. I have made some wonderful friends and truly enjoy working out. I love the playgroups and Mom's Night Out that are incorporated with Stroller Strides by the Luna Mom's Club. All in all, this group has added a tremendous amount of satisfaction to my life as a SAHM.

I have been involved in Stroller Strides for over a year, and just love it. It is a wonderful place to meet new moms and babies/toddlers. It is a workout, playgroup, and social hour all in one! There is also a playgroup associated with it that is a blast, also included are MOMS NIGHTS OUT!! YEAH!

I love Stroller Strides. It is a full-body workout for moms with little ones in strollers. We interact with the kids during the workout. We also have Luna Mom's Club which has playgroups & Mom's Night Outs. Also, being a Stroller Strides member is a good value for your money, when you compare the price per class to competitors.

Stroller Strides is an excellent opportunity for mothers to get in the fitness that they need and still be able to spend time with their children. The mother/child interaction in this program is wonderful! It's also a great way to meet other moms. I don't think there could be a class that is more of a motivator for moms than Stroller Strides. It's GREAT!
