I have been attending Stroller Strides in Vernon Hills since it began, when I only had 1 child. I now have 2 and can still attend-it is for EVERYONE, at any level, who has a desire to exercise! It has been such a fabulous way for me to meet people and an awesome opportunity to work out and be with my child(ren).

I have been a stroller strider since this location started in 2006. It is for moms of all shapes, sizes and fitness levels. Not only have I meat some of my and my child's closest friends here, I have also improved my health and taught my kids how important it is to take care of yourself.

I started taking Stroller Strides classes 2 years ago and LOVE it! It is so great to be able to bring my boys with me when I work out. It's wonderful for them to see exercise being fun and a regular part of life. Plus, they love hanging out with the other kids.

I started attending Stroller Strides at this location back in May of '08 and it's been 4 months. My daughter and I love it! It's a great way to get out of the house, get in your workout and not have to worry about what your child is doing. You see them and interact with them the whole time!!! This location is perfect too, SOOO pretty!!! LOVE IT!

I have been coming to Stroller Strides for over a year now and I absolutely love it! I love being able to take my daughter with me when I work out. When class is over I am able to give her an opportunity to make friends with all the playgroups and activities. I also love the friends I have made!
