Fantastic way to get some exercise, meet other moms and get out of the house. People are friendly and it is low pressure. Great playgroups and outings too!

This is a great place to do a workout in yucky weather and do a little shopping afterward. There is a good kid area that all the moms can catch up after their workout and the kids can release some steam too!

I joined Stroller Strides of Lake County about 6 months ago and it's been such a great experience. I've meet so many new moms in the area and made many new friends. It gives my 13 month old son and I something to look forward to everyday. I had a membership at a local gym but I wasn't comfortable with the idea of leaving my baby in the gym daycare, with Stroller Strides I get to exercise and be with my little boy!

I have been a Stroller Strides Member for over 2 years and I absolutely love it. Not only did it get me into excellent shape but I've made some of the best friends I've ever had doing it. The program gives you a great workout and lets you set a good example for your child(ren) by teaching them the importance of exercise and living a healthy lifestyle.

Sroller Strides is a great concept. Mom gets to exercise while baby gets some fresh air and new playmates. I joined when my daughter was 4 months old and it was the best decision I ever made!
