Great class! Tons of moms and kids. Great workout then even a better kids playtime after class! Love the workout and the kids love the fountains and easily one of the best parks for children in town!

I have also recently joined Stroller Strides and am very happy with my experience. I have found it easy to find the motivation to work out now as the instructor is fantastic, the other moms are very welcoming and I feel really great after being outside and getting a good work out in. We go to the park right after class so my little girl is happy too.

I have been attending Stroller Strides for about 2 weeks now and love it. It is great for exercise, meeting other moms and getting out of the house. I would recommend it to anyone that wants to get a workout and meet others like them.

I just tried the class for the first time this weekend and thought it was fantastic. Erin is a great instructor and her class works well for Moms of all different fitness levels and in the case of my Saturday class it is even great for pregnant Moms. I will definitely be doing this class again!

I've never been a dedicated workout fan but, this routine is easy to get into. Meeting other moms and getting outdoors is perfect for burning a few calories and getting in shape. I love it.
