I cannot say enough wonderful things about SS. My pals who are not 'striders' are pretty sick of hearing me talk about it all the time! I often wonder what my life as a stay at home mom would be like without my class every day. It has set our schedule! My daughter loves it; she gets to hang out with mom and learn excellent socialization skills! Watching her learn to play with other babies,get attention from other moms, learning the benefits of exercise early on.. has made me realize how beneficial this has been for both of us. I have met some of the kindest most accepting women and have learned SO much from them. Stuff you don't get from books! I just feel blessed to have found this group! and my hubby loves it too!

When I quit my job after my daughter was born, I didn't know any other mothers with small children. I tried a couple of playgroups and didn't "click" with any of the moms. In Stroller Strides I found moms who valued health and fitness and happened to be GREAT people. My children have met best friends through Stroller Strides, so we are all happy.
I am 41 years old and in the best shape of my life, thanks to Stroller Strides.

I have met some of my best friends at class. The moms are so nice and the instructors are amazing! I go to lot's of different locations to mix it up. My husband loves how great I look since starting classes!
