This is such a great group of fitness-minded moms! My children love going here and making new friends and so do I. Both instructors are challenging and know quite a bit about fitness. We especially love this location for the variety, architecture, and seasonal displays.

I have been going to SS at Balboa Park for 2 years, we love it. The Mom's, Kids and Instructors are all great!! I can't imagine my days without this great class.

Stroller Strides is a great exercise class. I have made amazing friends and my toddler looks forward to seeing her little friends everyday at class too. I am pregnant now and it is a great way to keep exercising.

I was searching for a way to get a great workout in and still keep my 2 kids happy. Thanks to Stroller Strides I am in best shape and have started running again. I have also met some REALLY wonderful like-minded moms who I can talk to and share with!
