We love Stroller Strides of Whitney Ranch! What a beautiful and welcoming community!! We are so fortunate to begin our mornings on the beautiful nature trails as we exercise together. Group fitness is such a great way to stay committed to your exercise program. Even on mornings when you might not feel like exercising, there is truly a desire to get to Stroller Strides to see everyone. You know you'll be missed if you aren't there. My little boy loves going to class because he knows we will be singing, running, and playing games. Afterwards, he'll get to play with the other children, which he loves. It's a win-win situation for both moms and their children!
