I have never jumped on the bandwagon for something as fast as I did for this Stroller Strides group! I could NOT belive what a great workout it was for me, and how much fun my kids had (while I was working out!) It's a great way to meet new people who are in the same stage of life with similar priorities...getting/staying in shape and spending time with their kids. If you're curious about Stroller Strides, you MUST check it out. You won't regret it!

I have been "stroller striding" since my daughter started this group. I am the "Grammy" of the group and I attend twice a week. Kelly and this program have inspired me to exercise to stay healthy and fit. It is also a plus that I get to spend quality time with my grandson after we exercise. I highly recommend this group of lovely young women and adorable little ones to all of you other "Grammys" out there!!!!

It is so fun for my kids and fun for me. I get my workout, I hang out with other Moms, my kids get to play at the park afterward and there are all sorts of events to attend. Its a perfect way for a Mom to stay fit and still be with her children.

Being a new mom, this was the perfect group to get involved with. I am able to get out and exercise, with my baby, while getting and staying connected with other moms. It's such a great group to be involved with.
