An outstanding program to get in shape for pre and post natal moms of all fitness levels. The one hour class consists of intervals of power walking, resistance training (using tubing, etc.). Classes are held at Heritage Park, Chula Vista Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays at 9:30 a.m. A great way to get fit, meet other moms and join in the playgroups after classes for your children. Women are welcome to try a class free - just remember your water, a mat and your stroller!
