At six months post baby I felt great but I didn't know many other moms and what better way to get back in shape than by being motivated by women exactly in the same position! I have stuck with Stroller Strides for 2 years now and I love it!

Stroller Strides is one of the best activities I have ever done for myself and my children! I get up and exercise, and my kids have great friends that they have met through the program. I feel better, and stronger then ever before.

I love Stroller Strides--it is a great workout and I don't have to worry about finding (and paying for!) a babysitter since I can bring my son with me!
