Love this workout with my kids. I get a great workout that rivals any class I have been to in a gym. I get to meet other moms and my kids get to socialize. I love it!

A GREAT workout and a great way to get in/stay in shape while spending time with baby(ies). Lots of fun because the workouts are varied and there are lots of other moms and kids. Classes start and end at a nice, convenient playground, too.

I have found that the workouts I experience in my Stroller Strides classes rival any I have had before! I have attended all the North San Diego locations: Encinitas, Carlsbad, Oceanside, Vista, Rancho Bernardo, San Elijo, Scripps Ranch and Lake Miramar. The organization is top-notch and the experience I have had has changed my life!
