Stroller Strides is much more than a great workout. It is like one stop shopping for us moms - you get a workout in while bonding with your child enjoying the beautiful outdoors, you have social time with other moms and your kids get to enjoy playtime after mommy is done! All of this in one program in one place. You can't beat it!

This class is such a blessing! I workout at a park in my neighborhood and love the women I have met...Motherhood has it's perks : )
