I really enjoy using the St. Louis Workout facility in Crestwood Mall. When I joined, manager, Rob Hall got me acquainted to the facility. I have a one-year old and am pregnant with number two. The staff is knowledgeable and can help with tips and advice. Kids Club is a god-send! I can have my toddler with me and get a full workout in without worries. Plus, the location is convenient for me (a city-dweller) because of all the nearby shopping and businesses. I have gotten to know a few regulars and they are also friendly and encouraging. It's a great break to look after "mommy". The class schedules are convenient and the facility is very clean (someone is always wiping something or cleaning floors, bathrooms, etc.). When I'm done I can treat myself to a protein smoothie, grab the kiddie and go! **The name is actually just St. Louis Workout but I couldn't edit it on the lilaguide. **
