Front office girl was a complete bitch!!! Stop making faces to the patients on the phone. This is your job! If you do not like it... Change it!!!

My kids have been patients of the office since 2004. The doctors have been great, from birth and the hospital visits to the preschool stage where the oldest is now.
All four doctors are competent; we have seen them all at one point or another over the last 3.5 years or so. Very experienced and you can tell that they are just into being pediatricians and they love their job and what they do. Very refresing...opposed to having a doctor who you can tell is having a bad day...half the time. You can also call and talk to a nurse about any concerns you may have; that is a nice feature since having lots of questions about fevers, strange goo, and odd behaviors comes with being a parent.
They also have a sick side and a well side...complete with separate enterances!!!
The front office staff is hit or miss (going off andreavm's comment). Some days you hit gold, and other days...watch out. I had one no so positive experience talking to the nurse over the phone about my sick child...she was a tad abrasive and there really wasn't any reason.
I think that all offices have their pros and cons. Having a fantastic doctor who truly cares about my kids and their well being is the top priority for us. The sometimes on sometimes off office staff...well I know that we will get to see a great doctor so that is the payoff. In the end the doctors are the ones to help get things back on track with your kid should they get sick.

Dr. Snyder was fine, he spent time with us, answered our questions and I didn't feel rushed. The nurses were friendly too but the front desk staff is atrocious! You are practically asked for our co-pay before you can even say hello. Their billing is incompetent, we visited the office 2 times and went through one year of refiling claims because they were not submitted correctly to BCBS PPO. I wrote a letter of complaint to their office and they never responded. I wasted so much time on the phone with BCBS and them that I gave up and just paid the bill out of pocket even though it should have been covered. In addition, their office is in need of a remodel, it feels old and the rooms don’t even have real furniture, only plastic patio furniture. Needless to say, I would not recommend them just because of their office staff.

Very friendly & knowledgeable staff. My toddler is always very comfortable with everyone there.
