QuoteIn three years this is still the only place I have ever taken my kids for haircuts. But not because I am thrilled with the service. It's great to go to place where they are distracted with cars, movies and toys. My daughter has had some fabulous haircuts here, but even the woman I always request is usually grouchy and a bit snappy. There was another stylist who actually argued with me about what my daughter's haircut should look like (I was requesting the same haircut she she'd had for 2 yrs!) For a place that is completely geared towards kids, I'm surprised the stylists seem so unpleasent towards children.

QuoteI took my 14 month old here for his second haircut. We'd heard great things about Snippets and were very disappointed. There was hair all over the floor (which the stylist did NOT clean up before cutting my son's hair). The cut itself was fine, but she didn't bother to remove any of the hair stuck on his face or neck afterwards - she pointed me to the bathroom to clean it off myself. To make matters worse, she ended the haircut early to take a personal phone call. We are NOT coming back.
